Bon, j'reviens sur ce que j'ai dis, après tout si vous copier bêtement, c'est pas mon problème et ça vous empêchera pas d'apprendre lors des interros, alors voilà :
Compréhension
1) The scene takes place in a nursery. In the Winshaws’ nursery.
2) Roddy and Hilary are present in this scene. Nurse Gannet is present in this scene as well, but only in the end. The children are nine and seven, they are brother and sister.
3) The upper class, perhaps they are nobles due to “there are two more Winshaws with a part to play in the family’s story” lines 1&2. Even if they aren’t nobles, it is sure they belong to the upper class, “Roddy and Hilary, […], have tired of the rocking-horse, the model railway, the table-tennis, the dolls and the puppets” line 2 down to line 4.
4)
A. spoilt : “Roddy and Hilary, […], have tired of the rocking-horse, the model railway, the table-tennis, the dolls and the puppets” line 2 down to line 4.
B. naughty : “They have even tired of their attempts to rouse Nurse Gannet by tickling her softly under the nose with a feather” lines 4&5.
C. cruel : “The feather in question having previously belonged to a sparrow which Roddy shot down with his airgun earlier that afternoon” line 5 down to 8.
5)
A. dominate her sister : “Shut up” line 30.
B. has no pity : “Roddy places his right foot over Hilary’s hand and begins to press down” lines 40&41.
6)
A. can accept to obey her brother : “You can be Laika, the Russian space dog” line 23, “So hilary starts scampering around on all fours, barking madly, sniffing at the Martian rocks…” lines 26&27. She obeys to him.
B. is also stubborn : “Give it to me!” line 42, “No!” line 43.
7)
A. aucunes idées.
B. right : “squeezing himself with difficulty into the driver’s seat” line 12&13.
C. right : “I’ll be Yuri Gagarin, and this is my space car” line 13&14.
D. wrong : “Well who am I suppose to be then ?” line 22
E. right : “hey, what’s that ?” line 32.
F. right : “I saw first. Give me that.” Line 38, “Not on your life” line 39.
G. right : “until they are loud enough to wake even Nurse Gannet from her cocoa-induced stupor” lines 48&49. (pas sûr !)
8 ) Yuri Gagarin were a Russian cosmonaut who were gone to Mars with a russian dog named Laika. This man owned a space-car to land on Mars.

Bisous !
